NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Other Relief dated September 1, 2026, issued in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in Case No. 25001260CA, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2024-INV1 is the Plaintiff, and B6 INVESTMENT HOLDINGS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, BABCOCK NATIONAL GOLF CLUB, INC., BABCOCK NATIONAL HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC., BABCOCK RANCH RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATION, INC., TERRACE III AT BABCOCK NATIONAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ROSANNA NUNEZ are the Defendants.
