Final Judgment was awarded on September 9, 2026 in Civil Case No. 26000174CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM E. GALLOWAY; DENISE K. GALLOWAY; THE LINKS AT DEEP CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.

CONDOMINIUM UNIT 10, THE LINKS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 895, PAGE 1145, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 67A THROUGH 67C, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
