GREATER DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC. A Florida limited liability company, ROBERT SIMS and CHAREE L. SIMS,
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2026-CA-1250 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein KMP Operations, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Greater Development Group, LLC, Robert Sims, and Charee L. Sims are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11 a.m. on October 22, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block C, Countryside at Berkshire Lakes, Section Three, a subdivision according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 78 through 80, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 401 Countryside Drive, Naples, FL 34104
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds are unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set a side, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit lee any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
