KINNEY are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at Collier County Main Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 1st Floor Customer Service Department – Multipurpose Room, Naples, FL 34112 on the 8th day of October, 2026 at 11:00 AM, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment No. D-3, of Sharondale Condominium of Palm River, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 939, at Pages 717 through 777, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
