NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2026, and entered in Case No. 412025CA001999CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Rosalyn Turner Thomas; Unknown Spouse of Rosalyn Turner Thomas; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK B, HORTON’S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO A 6 FOOT EASEMENT FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY OFF THE WEST SIDE THEREOF.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
