FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027

The Board of Supervisors of the Eagle Pointe Community Development District will hold their regular meetings for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 at the Eagle Pointe Clubhouse, 11450 Moonsail Drive, Parrish, FL 34219 at 6:00 p.m. on the 1st Thursday of each month unless otherwise indicated as follows:

October 1, 2026
November 5, 2026
December 3, 2026
January 7, 2027
February 4, 2027
March 4, 2027
April 1, 2027
May 6, 2027
June 3, 2027
July 1, 2027
August 5, 2027
September 2, 2027

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from Kai, 2502 N Rocky Point Dr. Suite 1000 Tampa FL 33607 or at (813) 565-4663, one week prior to the meeting.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
