NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027
LEXINGTON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Lexington Community Development District has scheduled their Regular Board Meetings for Fiscal Year 2027 to be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Rocky Bluff Library, 6750 U.S. HWY 301 North, Ellenton, Florida 34222 on the following dates:

January 5, 2027
March 2, 2027 – Budget Meeting
August 3, 2027 - Budget Hearing

The meeting may be continued in progress to a time, date, and location stated on the record without additional publication of notice. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate via telephone.

Any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager’s Office at (813) 991-1116 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1, or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY) / 1-800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Manager’s Office.

If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, such person will need a record of the proceedings and such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, at his or her own expense, and which record includes the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based.
