NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING DATES
TREVESTA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of Trevesta Community Development District will hold its regular monthly meetings for the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 at 11:00 a.m. and will be held at the Trevesta Clubhouse, located at 6120 Trevesta Place Palmetto, Florida 34221, on the dates as follows:

October 14, 2026
December 9, 2026
February 10, 2027
April 14, 2027
June 9, 2027
August 11, 2027

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for these meetings and workshops may be obtained by contacting the District Office, Rizzetta & Company, Inc., by mail at 3434 Colwell Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33614, or by phone at (813) 533-2950, or by visiting the District’s website: www.TrevestaCDD.org.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. Each meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record.

Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meeting is asked to advise the District Office at (239) 936-0913, at least 48 hours before the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1, or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY) / 1-800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Office.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made at the meeting with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
