NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING DATES
SUMMERWOODS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
FISCAL YEAR 2026/2027

The Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) of the Summer Woods Community Development District (the “District”) will hold its regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2026/2027 at 6:00 p.m. located at the Harrison Ranch Clubhouse, located at 5755 Harrison Ranch Boulevard, Parrish, FL 34219 on the following dates:

October 1, 2026
December 3, 2026
February 4, 2027
April 1, 2027 Budget Workshop
May 6, 2027 Proposed Budget Approval
July 8, 2027 Final Budget Adoption
September 2, 2027

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from 2700 S. Falkenburg Rd, Suite 2745, Riverview, FL 33578. There may be an occasion where one or more supervisors will participate by speaker telephone.

Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to contact the District Office at (813) 533-2950, at least 48 hours before the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at (800) 955-8770 or 7-1-1 for aid in contacting the District Office.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that such person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
