NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 13, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025CA003961A000BA, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DONNA K. BOYD, DECEASED; DAVID C. PICKARD, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DONNA K. BOYD, DECEASED; DAVID C. PICKARD; DEBORAH JOHNSON; LEE ANN ANGELES; JULIE C. TOTH; MICHAEL J. MOORE, JR.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FIFTH THIRD BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; LAKE ASHTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. STACY M. LAKE 49, LAKE ASHTON GOLF CLUB I PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 117, PAGES 19 THROUGH 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
