NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 13, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2026CA000673A000BA, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC is Plaintiff and BENJAMIN LESHLEY; BIANCA COLON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; RIVERSTONE AT TOWNE PARK PHASES 3 AND 4 HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on 12th day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 3, RIVERSTONE PHASE 3 AND 4, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 180, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
