NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025CA002566A000BA of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein MSR Asset Vehicle LLC, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Luis Soto Medina a/k/a Luis Soto-Medina a/k/a Luis Soto, deceased; Luis Soto; Southern Dunes Master Community Association, Inc.; Sunrun Installation Services Inc., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of November, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 75 OF CARIBBEAN COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGES 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
