NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2026, and entered in the above styled cause, wherein CYPRESSLITE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MAMA BEAR 8841, LLC, is the Defendant, Stacy M. Butterfield, as Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with statutes governing judicial sales, set forth in Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on November 2, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
