NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 9, 2026, in Case No. 53-2026-CA-001832-A000-BA, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CITY OF FORT MEADE is the Plaintiff and HOME SOLUTIONS EXPRESS LLC and ANY OTHER PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 13, 2026, at www.polk.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment:
