NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 18, 2026 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of this Court will sell the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 13, Block F, Unit 2, Englewood Isles Subdivision in Sarasota County, Florida, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page(s) 28, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with all rents and other revenues thereof and all rights (including riparian rights), privileges, easements, tenements, interests, improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, including any after-acquired title and easements and all rights, title and interest now or hereafter owned by Mortgagors in and to all buildings and improvements, storm and screen windows and doors, gas, steam, electric, solar and other heating, lighting, ventilating, air-conditioning, refrigerating and cooking apparatus, elevators, plumbing, sprinkling, smoke, fire, and intrusion, detection devices, and other equipment and fixtures now or hereafter attached or appertaining to said premises, all of which shall be deemed to be real property and conveyed by this mortgage, and all of which real property, equipment and fixtures are sometimes hereinafter called the “mortgaged property.”
