NOTICE OF MEETINGS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027

The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Wesbridge Community Development District (“District”) will hold their regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2027 at the offices of Rizzetta & Company, Inc., 5844 Old Pasco Road, Suite 100, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33755, at 5:30 p.m., unless otherwise indicated, on the following dates:
October 19, 2026
November 16, 2026
December 21, 2026
January 11, 2027
February 8, 2027
March 15, 2027
April 19, 2027
May 17, 2027
June 21, 2027
July 19, 2027
August 16, 2027
September 20, 2027
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida law for community development districts. The meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained by contacting the District Manager c/o Rizzetta & Company, Inc., 5844 Old Pasco Road, Suite 100, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33755, Ph. (813) 994-1001 (“District Manager’s Office”), or may be obtained on the District’s website at https://www.wesbridgecdd.org/.
There may be occasions when one or more Board Supervisors or District staff will participate by telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager’s Office at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting.
