The Board of Supervisors of New River Community Development District will hold their Workshop meetings for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 on the 1st Monday of the following months and regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 on the 3rd Monday of the following months at the New River Amenity Center, 5227 Autumn Ridge Drive, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545, at 5:30 p.m., unless otherwise indicated:

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from Governmental Management Services – Tampa, LLC, 4530 Eagle Falls Place, Tampa, FL 33619, or by calling (813) 344-4844.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
