A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS RELATED TO HEIGHT; APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE TO EXCEED THE HEIGHT LIMITATIONS OF THE LI (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) ZONING DISTRICT ON PARCEL NOS. 01-26-21-0010-11300-0000, 12-26-21-002C-00100-0020, 12-26-21-0000-00900-0000, 12-26-21-0000-00900-0011, 12-26-21-0000-00900-0010; FINDING CONFORMITY WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

RESOLUTION NO. 880-26

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY IDENTIFIED AS PARCEL NO.: 12-26-21-0000-39900-0040 FOR PUBLIC USE AS A PUBLIC ROAD; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The public hearing will be held on September 28, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 5335 8th Street, Zephyrhills, Florida. The full text of the resolution is posted in City Hall and may be inspected by the public from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance or may submit written comments to City Council, 5335 8th Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542.
