YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
THE WEST 48.2 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 2, BENJAMIN’S 5TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
