NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-006651 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of David Michael Garrett, deceased, United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, City of Tampa, Florida, State of Florida and Sharon Garrett, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 5th day of November, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, LESS THE WESTERLY FIVE FEET AND LOT 28 OF BLOCK 13 OF SUBURB ROYAL SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1009 West Coral Street, Tampa, Florida 33602
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
