NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 14, 2026, in Case No. 26-CA-001097, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which HANCOCK WHITNEY BANK, a Mississippi state chartered bank, is Plaintiff, and JOSHUA MATTHEW KASSOF, is the Defendant. VICTOR D. CRIST, Clerk of Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
Lot 2, OWNAHOME SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 79, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

The East 20.5 feet of Lot 9, Block 4, CORRECTED MAP OF GREENVILLE ALSO MAP OF WATCH-HILL, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 50, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

THE SALE will be held at 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on December 7, 2026, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
