NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 2, 2026 in Case No.: 2025-CA-008134 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and ANWAR YENNES and PLACE ONE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 10:00 AM on-line at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on October 6, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 190-F OF PLACE ONE CONDOMINIUM, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3809, PAGE 886 AND THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN BOOK 3, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMNETS APPURTENANT THERETO.
