NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment for Foreclosure of Commercial Mortgage and for Money Damages entered on August 21st, 2026, in Case No. 2025-CA-010330 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NEWTEK SMALL BUSINESS FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are: ABDUL N. NAUSHAD; WAJIHA A. NAUSHAD; LOGAN GUTHRIE (f/k/a Mary Doe a/k/a Unknown Tenant 1 in Possession) and RYAN COX (f/k/a John Roe a/k/a Unknown Tenant 2 in Possession); the Clerk of the Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, on October 29th, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment for Foreclosure of Commercial Mortgage and for Money Damages, to wit:
Lot 17, of WEST END TOWNHOMES NORTH, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 123, Page 256, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
