The Board of Supervisors of the Waterset North Community Development District will hold its regular monthly meetings for Fiscal Year 2026/2027 at 6:00 P.M. at The Landing, located at 7012 Sail View Ln, Apollo Beach, FL 33572. The schedule is as follows:

The meetings will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for community development districts. Any meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. Copies of the agendas for the meetings listed above may be obtained from Rizzetta & Company, Inc., 3434 Colwell Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33614 or (813) 933-5571, one week prior to the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.
