Thence North along the East side of Piney Road a distance of 355 feet to the Point of Beginning of the land herein described; thence East at right angles to Piney Road a distance of 136 feet; thence North parallel with Piney Road a distance of 70 feet; thence West at right angles to Piney Road to the East side of Piney Road a distance of 136 feet; thence South along the East side of Piney Road a distance of 70 feet to the Point of Beginning.
