Myers, Florida, wherein SELENE FINANCE LP is Plaintiff and Theodore W Thompson, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 01 day of October, 2026 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 4, BOWLING GREEN UNIT THREE, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 86, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
