NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 26-000673-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Brian Albores Hernandez; Selena Perez; Unknown Spouse of Selena Perez are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, TERESA GARDENS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF VACATED 34TH AVENUE NORTH ADJOINING SAID LOT 24 AND LYING BETWEEN THE EAST AND WEST BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID LOT 24 PROJECTED NORTHERLY TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST.
