NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2026, entered in Case No.: 25-006827 of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, STUART E. FREDRIKSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STUART E. FREDRIKSON, SUSAN D. FREDRIKSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN D. FREDRIKSON, PALMA DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 2 OF ST PETERSBURG, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT NO.2 , are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on October 8, 2026 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 8, conducted electronically online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed.

BOOK 4961, PAGE 366, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 106 THROUGH 121, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NO. 01 LC.
