NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit D-1 of THE INTERCOASTAL, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 5122, Page 2105, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, and as described in Condominium Plat Book 46, Page 50, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Property Address: 19727 Gulf Blvd., #D-1, Indian Shores, Florida, 33785.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 15, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
