NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 1st of September 2026, in Case No. 26-000271-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, KENNETH EDWARD KAPPEN A/K/A KENNETH E KAPPEN, ANN MARIE KAPPEN A/K/A ANN M KAPPEN, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), BAY PINES CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION.
