Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 26-001930-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 102, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of WINDWARD POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, recorded in O.R. Book 5726, page 299; as amended in O.R. Book 5744, page 2151 and O.R. Book 5791, page 1282, as amended and restated in O.R. Book 7452, pages 2097-2129, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 75, page 26, and as amended in Condominium Plat Book 107, pages 41 and 42, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
