NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 19, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2026 10129 CICI of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Volusia County, Deland, Florida, wherein PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC is Plaintiff and Devin Blackwell, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, LAURA E. ROTH, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.volusia.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of October, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 618, THE PRESERVE AT RIVER’S EDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5712, PAGE 430, AND ALL VALID AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED, EXEMPLIFIED, REFERRED TO AND SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
