NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Commercial Mortgage and for Money Damages entered on September 11th, 2026, in Case No. 2023-CA-014883-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, CUSTOMERS BANK is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are: HOSPITALITY INVESTMENT PARTNERS, LLC; LAKE BUENA VISTA ESTATE LLC; SUMMERPORT LAKE SMITH LLC; CYPRESS 5455 LLC; FRANK ECHEVARRIA; VICTORIA ECHEVARRIA; RUBEN ECHEVARRIA; SUMMERPORT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.; CYPRESS FAIRWAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; GRACIELA ECHEVARRIA a/k/a GRACIELA R. ECHEVARRIA; RUBEN ECHEVARRIA AND GRACIELA R.
