NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 20, 2026, and entered in 2025-CA-000803-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2020-1, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EXANCIA ARIS, DECEASED; HARRY ARIS; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; LATONIA S. ARIS; TONIE MALLARD; GHISLAINE OSCAR; ALIDE ARIS JEAN; JEANETTE JEAN; SELINA ARIS; BRIAN ARIS; DISCOVER BANK are the Defendant(s).
