YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property in Charlotte County, Florida:
The following described land, situate, lying and being in Charlotte County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 220, Vel Gardens, Phase 1, a condominium subdivision as shown and defined in the survey, plot plan and graphic description of improvements thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 23-A thru 23-W, as amended in Condominium Book 4, Page 21, together with, as an appurtenance to said unit, an undivided interest in and to the common elements as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium of Vel Gardens Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 672, Pages 1063, thru 1107, and as subsequently amended, including the use of Carport Space No. 73, all of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, easements of record, zoning, applicable governmental regulations, and taxes for the current year. has been filed against you; and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on MAXINE MELTZER, Plaintiff’s attorney, P. O. Box 165028, Columbus, OH 43216- 5028, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
