NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Court dated September 18, 2026 and entered in 11-2026-CC-001527-0001-01 in the County Court of Broward County, Florida, wherein FAIRWAYS AT PAR FOUR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and PAUL M. PENTA, the Defendant, Crystal K. Kinzel, the Clerk of Court of the Circuit Court for Collier County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on October 15, 2026 at the courthouse located at the First Floor at 3315 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL 34112 in Collier County at 11:00 A.M, the following described real property as set forth in the Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 203, Building 36, Fairways at Par Four-One, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1055, page 871-948, as amended from time to time, of Public records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
