NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated September 2, 2026, and entered in Case Number: 2025-CC-010544, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein LEGACY PARK MASTER HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and YOHAN A. VIAFARA, individually; PAULA ANDREA RESTREPO, individually; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; and THE COMMONS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the 7th day of October, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
