UNIT 82, OF SHEFFIELD GREENE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2175, PAGE(S) 234, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 28, PAGE 24, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

Martin, whose address is 1401 8th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at the Sarasota County Historic Courthouse, 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237, either before service of your defenses on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
