CLOUTIER and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAUREEN C. CLOUTIER N/K/A JIM CLOUTIER are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on November 2, 2026 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 15104, 15105 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 15103, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 57, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
