The Board of Supervisors of the University Town Center Improvement District will hold its regular monthly meetings for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 on the first Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM at the location below as follows:

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from PFM Management Services, LLC at 3501 Quadrangle Boulevard, Suite 270, Orlando, Florida 32817, or by calling (407) 723-5900 (“District Office”).

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
