NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 12, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2026CA000118CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC is Plaintiff and Tristen Wayne Martz a/k/a Tristen Martz, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of October, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 00°11’25” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 160.00 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89°52’ 35” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 310.00 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 00°11’ 25” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 160.00 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 89°52’35” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 310.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
