COMBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY M. COMBS N/K/A LAUREN COMBS; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
