Creek Preserve Community Development District

As required by Chapters 189 and 190, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Regular Meetings of the Board of Supervisors of the Creek Preserve Community Development District shall be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Creek Preserve Clubhouse located at 16702 Kingman Reef Street, Wimauma, FL 33598 on the dates as listed below. The meeting dates are as follows:

October 5, 2026
November 9, 2026
December 14, 2026
January 11, 2027
February 8, 2027
March 8, 2027
April 12, 2027
May 10, 2027
June 14, 2027
July 12, 2027
August 9, 2027
September 13, 2027

The meetings will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for community development districts. Any meeting may be continued with no additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings listed above may be obtained from Rizzetta & Company, 3434 Colwell Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33614 or by calling (813) 533-2950 (the “District Office”).

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
