NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 5th day of May 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-002435, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT TRUST V, is the Plaintiff and WHITE ACQ, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company; RIZ NOORANI, JASON WHITE, SUN PLUMBING, LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Victor D. Crist the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of October 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
