Final Judgment was awarded on September 17, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-013133, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and COURTNEY MARIE PEOPLES A/K/A COURTNEY PEOPLES; ROBERT EGUIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE ROBERT EGUIA; NANCY CARRIZAL; BELMONT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BELMONT II COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Victor Crist will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 16, 2026 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
