NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-CA-009400 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Navy Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Brian Welch a/k/a Brian Andrew Welch; Unknown Spouse of Brian Welch a/k/a Brian Andrew Welch; Clerk of the Court, Hillsborough County, Florida; Touchstone Community Association, Inc.; Myeongji Welch a/k/a Myeongji Ko Welch a/k/a Myeongji Ko are the Defendants, that Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
