NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2026, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 26-CA-002876, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF ATLX 2025-RTL1 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and MILENIO WORLD INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION and JOHN ARMANDO JIMENEZ GOMEZ are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, VICTOR D.
