Final Judgment was awarded on September 3, 2026 in Civil Case No. 26-CA-003157, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF ANGEL OAK MORTGAGE TRUST 2024-6, MORTGAGEBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2024-6 is the Plaintiff, and ERIKA BALASKO is the Defendant.
The Clerk of the Court, Kevin C. Karnes will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on October 22, 2026 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
