NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 18th day of September, 2026, in Civil Action No. 2026-CA-002772, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which HARRY WILLIAM MAULDIN, if living, and if deceased, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES and BENEFICIARIES OF HARRY WILLIAM MAULDIN, GAIL MORAN MAULDIN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GAIL MORAN MAULDIN, VINES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., VINES COUNTRY CLUB, INC., n/k/a ESTERO COUNTRY CLUB, INC. and SOUTHWIND VILLAGE AT THE VINES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, SANIBEL CAPTIVA COMMUNITY BANK, a Florida Banking Corporation, is the Plaintiff, Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 22nd of October, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 3, Building 20, of Southwind Village at the Vines, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2618, Page 2403, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
