NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on September 9, 2026, and entered in Case No. 26-CC-2999 of the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Gladiolus Gardens Condominium Association, Section IX,
Inc., is the Plaintiff and Tonya Humphries is the Defendant, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 205, OF GLADIOLUS GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, SECTION IX, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1516, PAGE 2299, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
